– Please use our wax melts on a tealight burner and not an electric burner. The electric burners tend to burn at a lower temperature and do not give the same level of scent off.
– All of our items are packaged securely in a box to prevent damage in transit. We want you to receive them as you see them.
– Due to the fragile nature of this product, rarely the bars might chip or crack in transit, this will not affect product quality.
– Some “frosting” may occur but this is only due to the nature of natural soy wax. This will not affect the quality of this product.
– Sometimes the designs and colours may vary but the fragrance will always be as described.
